It was a blast with music, fun and food!
Our table topics master, Jefferey shocked us with the national symbols as table topics - national lag,national car, national emblem, national anthem...and our speakers did a great job by relating all these to their own values and believes =) Interesting indeed.
As for our assignment speakers,
Congrats to Syuhadah on doing her First ICE BREAKER Speech!!!
Now we know you have brothers and you wanted a sister badly.
Sarah did her thing with her speech titled - IMOTO
and she spoke about the love for her sister and what happened when she went home abruptly to meet her.
Dinesh (guest speaker from CIMA) with his assignment #8 - Stay Healthy, warned us about the hidden sugars in our daily food...it was scary,but with a noble cause.Remember, 10 teaspoons of sugar a day is enough for your body!
Then, John (guest speaker from HELP UC) showed us what it's like to be doing the "Public Relations" Advanced Manual. His speech, "A Company Crisis" stirred the crowds' interest and they caused a frenzy when they were given a chance to ask questions. Luckily, John managed to counter attack without losing his cool.
